As a business development executive you will be an essential member of the team, fostering new relationships with prospective clients and gaining commitment from them to meet with external sales representatives. You will manage a pipeline of contacts from prospective clients and maintain weekly contact with them whilst fully supporting external sales representatives in the conversion of prospective clients to clients of the company.
The company is one of the largest independently owned security integrators in the country and regularly punches above their weight to win business within prestigious accounts from much larger and more established competitors. They specialise solely in high value security solutions that are sold face to face, with the technologies on offer being cutting edge and essential for any corporate business. It is a young company with an emphasis on professionalism and a history of really going the extra mile to look after its employees.

The company is looking for an individual with an excellent work ethic and a passion and real determination to succeed. To be effective you must be bright, articulate, and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will be working within a supportive team with excellent in-house training to enable you to reach your maximum potential and grow within the company. Previous experience in sales is desirable, but not a requirement.
